英国学生签证现在又再次更改：

UKBA has implemented further changes to Tier 4 from 03/03/10:

• A good Standard of English is required for any course that a general student wishes to study below degree level, except those on a foundation degree programme, except to this are governmet sponsored students, pre-sessional english language course which students undertakes immediatly prior to taking up an unconditional offer of a full time course of study at NQF Level 6.   At least at Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B1 level or higher .
• No depandants to the UK if the general students who are studying a course that lasts 6months or less.
• Depandants are not able to work  if students is studying below degree level and is not foundation degree programme.
• students studying below degree level (excluding those on foundation degree courses) can work 10 hours per week during term time and full time during vacation periods.
