yovisto is another really good place to find lectures web casts. It divided into Universities, Lectures, Speakers. You can find the most popular lectures based on their sorting algorithm, and I also find you can scroll a series of lecture screenshot to find out where watch easily.

Education For All is another great educational resources aggregated from top universities such as MIT, Stanford, Yale and Berkeley and many other sources and consist of video recordings of lectures, lecture notes, slideshows, reading lists, and online books. The reason I like it very much is because it is also collects online real player stream videos and play inside the web page, save me time to download the file and open it up with a RP.
